When a new employee is hired, a personal profile is first created for him in the Human Resources (HR) module in the BEA ERP system. An ID card is then issued to mark the RFID devices. The card contains a unique code, thanks to which a connection is established between the check-in device and the system. Automatically, every single action by the employee on the RFID scanning device is reflected in the module with the RFID data.
The RFID module provides information to the human resources department about the presence of employees on the company's territory. It records exactly how much time they worked and how much time they rested in a given period.
